4business Privacy Policy

Fibonacco, Inc. ("Fibonacco", "we", "us", or "our") operates 4business (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use 4business, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using 4business, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and any business profile details you provide when you create an account.
• Usage data: how you interact with 4business, including pages viewed, features used, timestamps, device and browser type, and IP address.
• Content you create: bookings, orders, invoices, customer records, and other content you enter into 4business while using the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain 4business;
• Authenticate you and secure your account;
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Improve, personalize, and troubleshoot the Service;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

3. Storage & Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) between your device and our servers. Access to the Service is authenticated using short-lived API tokens (Laravel Sanctum). Application data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on Railway infrastructure located in the United States. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following third-party processors, solely to operate 4business:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing.
• Twilio — voice calls and SMS messaging, where applicable to 4business.
• SendGrid — transactional and account email delivery.
• Pusher — real-time in-app updates and notifications.

These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Deleting Your Account & Data

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within 4business: go to Settings → Delete Account. If you are unable to access that setting, email support@fibonacco.com and we will process your deletion request.

7. Children's Privacy

4business is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Choices

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings, or by contacting us using the information below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of 4business after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
